The general public is free to browse our library of DVDs, but only registered subscribers have the ability to initiate orders. For information about registration, please click here to email us.

Subscribers

• Use the "Locate Records" tool on the right side of this page to find the DVD which contains the records for a specific date or date range.
• Add the DVD(s) to your shopping cart.
• Select "Checkout"
• Login, review your order, and select an alternative shipping destination if necessary.

We are pleased to offer a substantial and expanding library of digital images and indices of recorded documents. These records relate primarily to real estate transactions but include all documents accepted by our office for recording.

Our library currently spans the years 1989 to date. This range ultimately will be extended back to Denver's 1858 inception.

This data is available as DVD-ROM media. You may browse our catalog and purchase any number of individual discs or the entire library. An ongoing subscription also is available.

The cost of each standard DVD volume is $1,500, and for each weekly volume is $375. The contents of weekly (Sun-Sat) volumes will appear in the standard volumes issued upon completion of the processing of the respective calendar months involved.
